CANCELLATION POLICY
The Heron charges 35% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. If you're running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please give us a call. We might need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time. More than 20 minutes late, your deposit will be non-refundable. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep things on track!
